Deals criteria eligibility
I have been through the eligibility criteria for deals and all SKUs qualify.
However when creating a case i get the same response which is that due to internal amazon criteria that they cannot disclose, that this may be the reason why we have had no deals offered since account open.
Any ideas on settings that might be wrong on the account or additional criteria that isn't on the list that i could check?

Thanks for coming to the forums with your questions about deals!
I can definitely understand your frustrations as you have been working to ensure your listings meet the listed eligibility requirements. I would say keep doing what you're doing and make sure your listings are consistently meeting those requirements.
There is other criteria for deals that Amazon is unable to disclose which could be affecting your listings currently. I do wish I could say more about that, but the deals team keeps it pretty under wraps. And you're probably already well acquainted with this page, but here's the product eligibility requirements for deals just in case.
Hopefully your fellow sellers are able to weigh in here as well, but please let me know if you have any other questions.
