WHERE is the setting to change FBA returns to me vs. Amazon????
A few weeks back there was an announcement that we could request FBA returns directly back to us instead of going back to Amazon, by specifying SPECIFIC ASINs.
Tonight I see I have a direct return from FBA to me on an ASIN I did NOT include in this program, but of course everything on Amazon is complicated and designed to suck the life out of us.
Logically, I went to INVENTORY, FBA INVENTORY, and nothing, of course, where you would expect it to be. And of course EVERY MENU OPTION THESE DAYS HAS 10 SUBTABLES OF CONTENTS....it's so ridiculous.
Can anyone direct me to the area where I can look at the settings for FBA returns? I CAN NOT FIND IT.

Hey @Seller_Sram36TnVt73c any chance you can share the announcement/thread you're referencing? I just want to make sure I'm fully understanding the gap here to escalate if needed.
If you mean the FBA returns evaluation and ownership settings, the help page is here.
