The commission fees for sales in May have not been charged yet. I noticed a charge of around $1–$1.20 on the card linked to the account, which I understand is to verify the connection between the account and the card. In that case, will the commission for products sold in May be settled in June?

Please talk Amazonish. What do YOU mean by saying commission fees? Referral fees? FBA fees? Subscription fees? Storage fees? Ad fees? Low inventory fees? Inbound placement fees?

All Amazon fees are deducted from your account balance. The only time that they charge your credit card is if you do not have funds in your account; even then, they will often let your account go negative rather than charging your card.
And all transaction fees are deducted when the sale is processed. Only storage fees (for FBA) and Pro plan fees are on a monthly basis. (I don't know about ads)
