I would like some suggestion about how I can change my settings so that all the customer returns get disposed but none of the stranded inventory or listing violations gets disposed.

Hi @Seller_ubLswPM9ZNNzC, thanks for posting.
You will probably be able to change it in the FBA returns evaluation & ownership settings / Automated unfulfillable settings / Automated fulfillable settings.
