Offers uploaded via SP API shown as Incomplete, even though they have all the required data
I am uploading offers via `putListingsItem` endpoint on SP API with `LISTING_OFFER_ONLY`. In my inventory in Seller Central, they show up as incomplete. They don't update for hours.
If I open any of the "incomplete" listings, change nothing, and press "Save and finish", they are listed as "active" within 2 minutes. Is this a normal mode of operation? Will my SP API created listings be updated to "active" by themselves - without any extra action on my end? Is there some different priority for validating offers with manual intervention and for API created ones?
