I am going through the same issue. Someone ordered an item from my page that was never in stock and that Amazon said was deactivated. Since my account is deactivated now as well, I can't access support to get it figured out. Each link sent through email goes nowhere.
If you find an answer please share. I will do the same if I find something. I can't believe this is so difficult.
