Items Trapped in FC Transfers for 77 Days
I have 4 ASINs got trapped. My items have been put in FC transfers since they were received. Now they are all 60+ days old inventory, oldest 77 days, still in reserved status or just 0 inventory, not buyable.
Many orders were cancelled after weeks of pending.
How can transfers like these help with customer experience??
