Missing FBA Inventory

I have an open case for a missing inbound FBA shipment. The responses I have received from customer support have been border line insulting. I have received multiple requests for documentation proving I am the owner of the missing inventory. I am the manufacturer and the brand owner and have been selling on Amazon since 2017. It should be obvious that I own the inventory I have been sending to FBA for eight years.

I have provided shipping and receiving information documenting the delivery of the missing units confirmed both by Amazon's information and UPS, however this does not meet the requirements. Most recently I have been asked for a "manufacturer's signed or stamped packing list" Amazon's shipping application does not provide an option to create a signed or stamped packing list.

I get the feeling the consistent requests for obscure documentation is designed to stonewall the process and put the onus of finding the missing inventory on their selling partners. Amazon is quick when packing discrepancies occur on my end, but not so much when the error is on their end.
