Listing Still Inactive After Approval Email

My listing became inactive due to safety concerns. I appealed the case and received an email on the 16th of this month that the ASIN has been approved and should be live on the website within 1 business day. However It's been 4 days now and I am reading from other posters that the compliance team takes 15-20 days to reply. My concern is that I am receiving emails requesting automatic removal because the listing is still inactive. If I should wait a bit longer It'd be understandable, however I'd appreciate any help I can get here. Thanks in advance.
