Hi all,

I have submitted a safe-t claim with amazon, as a customer has sent an item back and has kept some of the items.

We send the customer a message with a serial number, however amazon create our invoices automatically, so we are unable to add a serial number to the invoice.

I don't want to then duplicate the invoice our end and alter it by adding a serial number.

Can anyone advise.

-- A photograph of the damage or difference with the original item. Images of packaging will not suffice.

-- An invoice document from the sale to the customer that lists the serial ID or IMEI number of the item that was sold.
