Thats not how it works.
If something is not working as it should you can open a case with support.
Otherwise all the information required to operate your business on Amazon is in the help pages and Seller University.

Amazon doesn't want to chat with you, me, or any other seller with problems. Most of the time the agent has no ability to clarify the reasons or remedy the situation in a way that would benefit you.
If it's a violation, post the email you received from Amazon, personal details removed.
