Coupons error- Unsafe to advertise

Hello,

Could you kindly advise on how to sort an issue with an existing coupon it says some of our ASINs are ineligible for coupons, which we believe was an error.

@Glenn_Amazon @Blake_Amazon @Rose_Amazon @Sandy_Amazon @Robbie_Amazon @Jameson_Amazon @Dougal_Amazon @Michelle_Amazon @Cooper_Amazon

I opened a case (ID 15503064011) regarding this on 06/25/2024 but the case is still pending Amazon's response is affecting our sales and business as a whole.

Any advice on this would be appreciated.

We're dealing with the same issue. We've been trying to get a helpful response from Seller Support, but haven't had any success so far...
