We are receiving orders to the EU that must be shipped by Monday, despite our Holiday Settings showing a Bank Holiday.

Yes this happened to me last BH and it put my account health at risk in France and Germany.
I have been on chat to Amazon for 40 minutes now waiting for them to explain to me how I can stop this from happening again this weekend. They don't seem to have a clue how to stop it!
