Has anyone managed to successfully delete customer reviews from an Amazon product page?

Some reviews on our page violate Amazon's guidelines, particularly those related to shipping problems, even though we utilize Amazon Shipment and Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) services. Despite reporting these violations multiple times, we consistently receive automated responses from Amazon regarding the process of reporting customer feedback. Amazon suggested reaching out to community-help@amazon.com via email, but it's been over a month, and we haven't received any response.
