Help to request for money/funds being withheld under the Fund eligibility policy:

My account was deactivated in 2018 following a dispute with another seller.

At the time of the deactivation of my account, I had a total sale balance of £300 which was not related to the dispute. I am by this communication, requesting for the help to return of the fund/money under the funds withholding/fund eligibility policy.

Can anyone help me please.

Thank you

Hello @Seller_wKCBqT7KDq0gF,

Welcome to the Forums!

I'm Sarah with Amazon.

According to the Funds Withholding Policy: "If you choose not to appeal the deactivation, you can separately appeal to seek any withheld funds by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk at any point after 60 days from the date when your account was deactivated. We will release any remaining funds (less any amounts used to offset amounts you owe us) after evaluating your account for deceptive, fraudulent, or other illegal activity and confirming your identity. "

Kind regards,

Sarah.
