The ISBN posted is incorrect as it is missing a digit, however I can provide you with some general advice.

From the error code you have shared it sounds like you are using an upload to add your book. I would recommend that you try manually adding the book via your seller account. You can do this through the Add a Product option from your Inventory page. This way you can go through each step of the listing process manually.

I cannot guarantee this will work but it could be worth trying.

If you have already listed the book digitally with Amazon KDP I would recommend checking with the team there as there may be another solution to this matter.
