Company name in Chinese?
Hi, to set up a new shipment from China, at the last step before printing the labels I am asked to give in my company name in Chinese language. However, doesn't matter if I google translate it or try some suggestions from my Chinese partner a red framed error message says 'invalid name'. What can I do as I'm stuck?

did you already open a case with Seller Support explaining this issue?
If not please do so and make sure to add screenshots of the filled in name that does not get accepted and one with the error message.
You can post the case ID here, so I can have another look.
