IPI Dropping Despite Increased Sell-Through Rate reched only 14

I'm reaching out for help as my IPI has been dropping continuously each week, despite my sell-through rate increasing consistently. I don’t have excess inventory, and none of my listings are out of stock. Only one of my listings has 68 units that have been in storage for over 200 days, but they are not flagged as standard or excess inventory.

I've created multiple cases with Amazon support about this issue, but I haven’t received any serious help or clear guidance. My IPI score has dropped by 100 points every week, and today it’s down to 14, which is extremely concerning. Amazon support hasn’t provided any actionable solutions, and I’m really feeling the impact of this.

Has anyone experienced this or can offer any advice on what I can do to improve my IPI and get better support from Amazon?

Thank you in advance. I'm feeling quite stressed and would appreciate any guidance.

I also went through this.

My first thread on the issue: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/3237bfae-789d-4d0b-b634-d57daf033003?postId=edcf26cb-fb7d-4826-baa7-d79da6da68f7

My second thread on the issue: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/387d6967-3e74-4184-a5fb-540b71eabee4?postId=143cf5ba-dfca-4bbd-9377-3acc08bb4b39

My issue was that I had a ton of stored inventory at backup warehouses that did not accept customer orders. Amazon decided to do me the favor of storing my items there forever and not move those items to a warehouse that could ship them out. Of course, it was me who was paying the Long-term storage fees and who's IPI was being decimated. So clearly I did something wrong.

I opened cases as outlined in the thread above, and it took about 9 months to get half the inventory returned to me. The other half is still there dragging down my IPI.

Mine was over 700 when I barely used FBA as I moved more to FBA it slowly dropped 3 to 7 points a week until it settled around 460-480. What are you at? maybe its not the problem you think it is.

having too much stored for a long time is definitely what tanked your IPI. iI am now learning to ignore minimum quantities and only send half of what is required, that way, not too much and not too little.

Have you tried the yellow Call Me Now button under your Account Health?

Sadly, there are many glitches on this selling platform and very few get resolved.
