Is it possible to sell a PDF product with a KDP account?
Dear fellow sellers,
I just want to find out if it is possible to sell a product if the deliverable is a PDF. I know that in the regular seller's area we can only sell physical goods, but I want to confirm whether or not it is possible to sell a PDF (rather than ePub or Kindle format) if you have a KDP account.

They are correct, Amazon Seller Central is only intended for the sale of physical products. That said, I would encourage you to reach out to the KDP team right here so they can assist you more directly with this. I'd also recommend reading through the KDP Help Center for additional information and best practices.
