I'm stuck on activating my US account although my seller identity and seller wallet were verified several times

I have verified my seller identity three times for my US account. My seller wallet was verified, too. I have opened 10 cases between the 26th of Aug and the 14th of Sep but cannot proceed. The support team responds to my cases (16022725651, 16009025431, 15999277031, 15991881541) as there are important missing performance notifications, and then I reply that I have addressed and verified all of them by showing seller identity verification messages in my dashboard. A few minutes later, I got a response saying my account was verified and started selling on Amazon.com. Eventually, on the account status page, I still see my US account as inactive. I'm stuck on activating my US account although I have provided all required documents, even my company address verification with the letter which has the code.
Can anyone guide me on how to proceed in this case? I need help getting a specific answer as to why my listing status is inactive for the US although I have passed all verifications. The support team seems to be sending the same answers repeatedly.
