Lost Seasonal Inventory

We need help with lost inventory. This has been on ongoing problem since late August/Early September. I need an Amazon associate to investigate. The warehouse has lost 123 of our product

We sent in a total of 143 products to Amazon warehouses. Two were sent with shipment FBA188TKBFFV on August 22nd. 72 of these were sent in shipment FBA18BPH83MJ on August 22nd. 36 were sent with shipment FBA18BPBB8YS on August 22nd. 33 were sent with shipment FBA18BPFBMX1 on August 22nd.

At present, our inventory shows none available, reserved, inbound or unfulfillable. 20 Have sold.

These are seasonal products which will sell in October, but mostly sell the first two weeks in November. We are facing a total loss on this product, if not activated soon.

Comments for each shipment:

FBA188TKBFFV - 2 expected, 2 received

FBA18BPH83MJ - 72 expected, 44 received, 8 units reimbursed, 20 units reallocated to shipment FBA18BPBB8YS (unsure why this was done). Case 16477750731 was opened on October 14th. Case was closed October 16th. The case reads "We have confirmed that the items sent within your shipment FBA18BPH83MJ have been received, processed, and added to your inventory", but no inventory is available to customers.

FBA18BPBB8YS - 36 expected, 7 received (this seems highly unlikely because we would not have sent a box 7). 20 units reallocated from FBA18BPH83MJ. The shipment lists a "Discrepancy" -49 (negative 49). This doesn't make sense. There is an open case for shipment: 16495753691 - it is pending Amazon Action.

FBA18BPFBMX1 - 33 expected, 33 received. There doesn't appear to a problem with this shipment, but zero are available to customers.
