Returns Request/Replacement Order
I received a return where the customer requested a replacement. I have fulfilled the replacement order and received the original item back. However, the return request is still open. How do I close the open return request? I see the "Complete" option within the return with these available reasons: Partial Refund Issued, Item Not Returned, Return Request Cancelled, Duplicate Return Request. None of these reasons match the scenario so my question is: How do I complete the return request?

Amazon's bot on that page can't handle, "REPLACEMENT SENT'. It would interact with too many other page Bots.
In your situation, we select Return Canceled, because "we are canceling it now". The Bots seem to accept it and it goes away.
