A buyer returned an incorrect item in place of the original product they ordered, and our SAFE-T claim for "Wrong Item Returned" has been repeatedly and automatically denied despite providing irrefutable evidence.
To address this SAFE-T claim (Case #60583-77951-1069214), we submitted the following:
- An image of the return mailing label on the package.
- Photographic evidence of the damage or difference with the original item.
Each time, we receive a generic denial without acknowledgment of the evidence provided. We have confirmed that our documentation meets all requirements:
- The return label matches the fraudulent return.
- Visual proof definitively shows the wrong item was returned.
- The claim was filed within the required timeframe.
Despite full compliance, this issue remains unresolved, and the funds have not been reimbursed as per SAFE-T claim policies. We request that this case be escalated to a team member who will:
