There are a few different issues going on here that you don't see.
- At this time of the year Amazon slows way down of addressing issues such as yours. Nothing against you, it is just to protect the buyers from problems that may or may not happen.
- Amazon wants to see your Commercial invoices for the products that you plan to sell. These invoices should be made within the past year. EX: you bought 50 LG TV's in june and you plan to sell 45 on Amazon.
Don't waste time is you only have a receipt, Amazon will not accept them. Amazon knows what an invoice includes. An invoice is used when Your USA business has a retail commercial credit account with the manufacturer. Most all invoices include all of the following:
- YOUR: business name, business address, business phone, sales tax exempt number, your EIN number, your credit line, and terms of sale
- MANUFACTURER’S: address, phone, EIN number, account Rep’s name
- PRODUCT’S: quantity, SKU-Model number,
- DISCOUNTS PROCESSES ON THIS PURHASE: quantity, sale, specials
- TERMS OF SHIPPING: method, who pays, company used, tracking number
- TERMS OF PAYMENT: 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, interest assessed
Some have more, but they all use the same basic format. Even when you call and make a small online order and pay by credit card, an invoice is still sent to you separately containing all of the above.
- Another issue is one scamming sellers use and Amazon wants to prevent. A group of 20 different people will each open their own selling account. Group member 1 is the only person who has products listed. A lot of them are bogus or knockoffs. When sellers complain the account gets shut down. Then the inventory gets transferred to member 2 in the group, and it starts all over again. By opening an account and not using it for a year, the Bots simply want to watch your account a little more closely.

Thanks for the post @Seller_u3ULxnqxynAG7- and to @Seller_CW0P5hgbsiqWX for the detailed insight on invoice requirements. I will confirm that the request for invoices is to confirm the products that will be listed for sale comply with our selling on Amazon policies.
In order to reactivate, you will need to progress through the 'Reactivate your account' workflow visible from the front page of Seller Central. As you do so, I would also recommend reviewing your Performance Notifications, which will contain top-level information on needed information or documentation for your account, as well as watching this video on invoice requirements, and this help page, to confirm the provided documents will meet with what our teams need!
Thanks,
Danny
