Stuck in Identity Verification Loop – No Option to Reupload, No Document Feedback (Case ID: 18073508211)

Hello fellow sellers and Amazon moderators,

I’m writing here as a last resort after weeks of failed attempts to verify my seller account identity. My account (under Mohid Enterprises LLC, Case ID 18073508211) was deactivated on July 9, 2025, for identity verification failure.

Since then, I have followed all Amazon instructions carefully and submitted every required document:

- Government-issued Passport

- Bank Statement showing my full name and residential address

- FBR Tax Registration Certificate (issued by the Pakistan tax authority)

- LLC Certificate and EIN Letter from the IRS (USA)

I updated my residential address in Seller Central to match all documents. However, I am stuck in a frustrating loop:

- I receive the same rejection with no feedback

- I am not told which document was rejected or why

- The “Identity Verification” link does not appear in Account Info

- Performance Notification has no “Appeal” or “Respond” button

I’ve contacted Account Health Support multiple times, and they keep referring me to the same case, without solving the issue or escalating to the Seller Identity team.

I am a verified U.S. business owner and want to comply fully with Amazon’s policies. I just need:

- Clear explanation of what went wrong

- A way to re-upload my identity documents

- Or a manual review of the documents I already submitted

Has anyone been through this and successfully resolved it? I’d appreciate advice or a moderator flagging this for internal escalation.
