the utility bill is in relation to the residential address of the primary contact.
So it will need to be in your name and a utility bill for your residential address.

Primary contact Director name mentioned on the account should match with exactly with the name on the utility bill you are submitting for verification.
Also make sure your VALID CREDIT/DEBIT CARD is on the file.

I just sent them my mobile bill with my name and address - No company name as the utility, and updated the credit card info and added a note to say the credit card was up to date. My credit card address matches my phone address and they match the registered business address, Make sure you 'confirm' your credit card is up to date as the way they word it sounds like they need you to confirm.
