Despite meeting the Christmas criteria a large amount (but not all) of my toys have been blocked unless FBA.

It has happened in every country. I have written to Amazon but I have very low hopes of them resolving it.

It is also inconsistent. Across one brand some products are included and some aren’t.

It doesnt make sense, why would the be allowed for FBA but not SF? Ours have all been blocked today, were fine yesterday. I have opened a case but no response yet.

I have had 373 ASINS blocked unless FBA since yesterday. Just this weekend alone it has had a major impact on my sales. Majority are well over the threshold required within 30days of sales let alone the 8 weeks shipped period !
I am Fuming as i meet all the criterias for selling, had no issues in past 6 years over xmas period.I have stock purchased and now listings blocked !! I certainly am not going to line Amazons pockets even more by selling FBA.

Has anyone had a resolve to this? I am also in the same boat and have never had this problem before and sold all year round for 5 years.
I have spoken to amazon and they confirmed my account health is fine and all criteria has been met.
They asked me to email seller performance team, but not heard anything yet.
Got lots of stock just sat here now and one of my major income sources now frozen…

so go fba and solve the issue, seems logical to do this at christmas, less work less hassle and quick money
