Patent infringement case rejected

Hello,

I would like to understand amazon's reasoning. At first , they asked for either a letter of non-infringement from legal counsel or a court order, or work directly with the patent owner. I submitted the letter from legal counsel, it got denied after waiting weeks, and now they want either a court order or work directly with the patent owner. How did they assume that the letter is not sufficient without even giving me any proof or explanation. I got a lawyer who proved that there is no such of infringement !

I submitted the letter again with more information provided by the legal counsel, hopefully they won't take too long, so we can move forward.

In most cases a letter of non-infringement from the patent owner is best. A lawyer in themselves cannot show valid proof that you have permission from the patent owner to sell the product. Amazon has really doubled down on 'so and so says I have permission' type situation. Generally if you don't have permission from the patent owner you are out of luck.
