Banned for Life? I put the wrong company address, can't verify nor change my address.

I mistakenly registered my account with a company that doesn’t have a physical address, so I couldn’t provide a utility bill. When I tried to update it to a different company address in another country, I found that the option is disabled for UK/US marketplaces but available for SG/UAE.

After four weeks of back-and-forth with support, I’ve received conflicting answers—some saying it’s impossible to change, while others assured me they would handle it, but nothing has happened. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I feel like I’m getting nowhere.

A seller account can NOT be transferred. If you want to change the "Legal Entity" in your settings, the AI considers that this is a new owner and thus it's not possible.

If your account is not deactivated (you don't tell us that) close it properly, wait two weeks and create a new seller account with another email and with your correct "Legal Entity".

Attention: "Single Member LLC" or "Sole proprietor" are INDIVIDUAL and not BUSINESS!
