High Price Error
My company is the Brand Owner and manufacturer of all our products. We design, manufacture, assemble, and ship all of our products from our warehouse in Indiana. The product is exclusive to my company and has no competitor price. The price listed is comparable to similar-in-nature products sold on our Amazon Store. This product has no other reference price to compare. My company sells this product on our website for a similar price.
How can Amazon determine a reference price for a seller who owns the Brand, designs, manufactures, and assembles the product?

Amazon will use your own store price (similar is not 'exactly the same') as well as other products on the market that THEY think are 'similar' enough to be the same product.
It's a guessing game but you might try raising the price by a few cents on your own site and see if that helps.
Also, if you haven't done so, put in min/max prices.
