FBA - UK -> EU
I'm wondering if any of you are sending stock to the EU FC's and if so what processes you are using?

This isn't simple and can be a long complicated process to get going.
First off you have to be VAT registered in EVERY country that you plan to have FBA stock in. You will need EORI Numbers with authorities in the UK + the country you plan to send stock to. (If you do Pan EU you only need UK and France)
I would seriously consider which countries you wish to sell in and what revenue you can hope to make. Things are not simple since brexit and there will be additional costs associated with doing so.
I would also try to find a partner to ship the products on behalf of you if you have never done import/export declarations before.

We're doing this through Avask.
What you need -
- Avask account (amazon promo gives you your signup and first year free plus the paperwork for your first 3 shipments)
- A DPD or UPS account to ship your product to Weybridge in the UK.
- A German OR French VAT number and an accounts company to handle the VAT from France or Germany. We use Avask.
The process is super simple. It's called AVASK-ATS and you can find it by searching online or perhaps even within Amazon.
Once you are all setup -
- You create the shipment to Germany for example. Select that you're using DPD to ship it and the address you send it to will change to Weybridge.
- Then you use the FBA number in the Avask portal to create the paperwork.
- Then Avask charges you 60 euros to process it. (You can ship up to 300 parcels in one go for this charge). Once they have processed it you accept the declaration.
- Then you ship using DPD/UPS to the weybridge fulfilment centre and Amazon ship your product to Germany Free of Charge.
It's worth noting that Amazon are in the process of running something called "Call of Stock" or CoS and this will enable you to have a single EU VAT number and local fulfilment in several other countries in the EU as Amazon will purchase your product from you and handle all the VAT implications on your behalf and from your accounts point of view it will be a transaction that occurs in the one EU country you have a VAT number.
Good luck.
