This is a buyer who kept marking her problem to be unsolved after we told her to open an A-Z claim with Amazon.

Has she opened too many A-Z claims before so Amazon forbids her from opening any new A-Z claims? Address is a big apartment building with many apt #.

It is not there it is not anywhere in or near our building it was clearly miss delivered or never delivered. We would like this resolved please

We purchased shipping label on Amazon and Amazon takes a share of the shipping fee to cover losses like this. So please feel free to open an A-Z claim with Amazon. Amazon will fund you fully.
