WRONG COMPETITIVE PRICE REVIEW
Hello Amazon Mods,
Amazon to set up the wrong Competitive Price of my products, and I would like to ask Amazon to review it again.
We have been selling this product for 3 years in Amazon. We have always sold our products at the right price, but some people maliciously copied the image of our product, the title and description to the WalMart platform for sale, and his The pricing is exactly the "Competitive Price" set by Amazon for me.
I have reported to WalMart to sell the other party to sell counterfeit products. WalMart has let the other party's products to get off the shelves, but Amazon's Competitive Price set up for me here has not been revoked.
The Standard MSRP is written on our manufacturer's website, and Amazon's Competitive Price is too much different from our standard retail price. As a result, if we sell it at this Competitive Price, we will lose money.
I have supported the creation of Case to ask for deletion of Competitive Price, but it does not seem to have any effect. I hope you can help me solve this problem, or help me forward my cese to the correct internal team.

We are having a similar problem with some listings where Amazon is trying to have us price match a completely different product on Target. We are also the brand owner and manufacturer which makes this even more frustrating since we have control over where everything is sold online.
We submit all the evidence in the cases showing different configurations and UPCs and yet they are always closed saying that the only way to fix the issue is the "match the competitive price".
This is beyond frustrating!

We are having the same issue as you and as @Seller_NUMgZy2H3GR9w
Mods please look into this and escalate it to an appropriate party. It is is extremely likely that many other sellers are dealing with this situation but nobody uses the seller forums anymore since Amazon nuked the old one and implemented idiotic rules.
This seems to be the competitive external price bot that is having issues. Our analysis of it is that the Amazon bot is comparing to products branded by an Amazon owned subsidary.
We are also the manufacturer of our product, brand owner, and have complete pricing control everywhere, both online and offline. We would be losing money if we fixed the price where the Amazon automated system is attempting to force us to.
Tagging @Michelle_Amazonas this Mod has previously dealt with the situation in some form or manner.

I agree! I have the same issue but it doesn't seem like theres a way to review the prices again.

We have this issue a lot. We are a manufacturer, we place our overstock on Amazon. We make sure to price our items around our customers. The issue we have is Amazon is not calculating shipping cost from third party websites. This happens most often when it's a 'Calculate shipping" in cart and not a flat fee that they add automatically. Amazon's bots cannot enter a zip code and hit calculate shipping. Google does this much better but also fails in this area at times. Anyhow, it forces us to sell the items low or go without buy box and it needs to be fixed. There are customers selling an item for 9.99 but charging 18.50 for shipping, they are lower than our 15.99 with free shipping. I am hoping they find a solution for this soon but with the pending anti trust issues and price fixing investigations, I am pretty sure in the next 6 months competitive pricing is going to go away. It will likely only be used against other amazon listings and no longer off amazon prices. They'll eventually find a way around this though.

Amazon price fixing forcing you to sell lower and they are comparing prices to illegitimate offer on other platforms with zero relevance to Amazon. Total Crap you can not correctly compare Amazon to other Amazon charges more and has way higher customer that, customer damaged and Amazon FBA theft and all that is figured into prices. Comparing Apples to Oranges it does not work nor does not work and this high pricing bots are wrongfully taking money away form sellers.

Sounds like some fair selling type of lawsuit going on with this issue we have seen an many items we just close listings and move inventory to ebay tired of these games.

We have been getting nailed by these, as well. Amazon rep pointed us to a website that had a better price - we don't even sell there / it wasn't our product! The bots have gone mad and are killing us

Amazon doesn't care. Amazon owns the biz, get used to it. Amazon controls the entire on-line sales no matter whom is selling the product including the brand owners and where ever the platform you are selling the products on.
What is a matter, the sugar rush over? What happens when Amazon strikes a deal with a competitor with a massive sugar rush order and buries the products to the bowels of the product feed.
The problem is abandoning the guiding principal of capitalism. Fair market trade, live with it. By the way, prey they don't knock the product off and bring in the partners from China.
What are happens when all of the wholesale customers drop the products and Amazon controls all of the sales and wants to sell the product cheaper because the volume is too low for the Amazon liking?

It's crazy that Amazon mods are no where to be found to help with this situation. Multiple sellers are having this same issue and needs to be resolved.
