You will need the following:
On time delivery to be over 97%
Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate under 0.5%
Valid Tracking Usage Rate 100%

when you pass the trial which should be once you have successfully met the below
Performance requirements
The trial period lasts until you complete the trial requirements mentioned below.
During the trial period, you must meet the following performance requirements:
- You must ship at least 25 shipments with 99% on-time shipping rate, or have 5 separate collections with a Prime approved carrier (whichever comes first).
- Purchase shipping from approved Prime carriers via Buy Shipping in Seller Central or on the Amazon Shipping website for all of your trial orders after carrier onboarding.
Note: In exceptional cases (while onboarding with approved carrier is not completed or if shipping labels are temporarily unavailable via Buy Shipping) you may purchase delivery labels directly from Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, UK Mail, Parcelforce or Yodel provided that you confirm dispatch and provide order tracking ID in Seller Central.
- Have less than 0.5% pre-fulfilment order-cancellation rate.
