Amazon keeps 100% of my earnings in reserves.

I haven't received any withdrawals in over a year. 100% of my earnings went into the reserves. I checked everything. No notifications in the notification center or open todos from my side.The support cases are being forwarded but I haven't received an answer for over 2 months.

It's incredibly frustrating and sucks the life out of me. Do you have any tips on how I can make progress here?

Firstly check that your deposit method is still verified - Amazon don't always make it clear that it needs doing.

After that, search in help for mediation and make an application - it gets someone from Amazon to actually look into things,.

No way! That's your money, and they have no right to keep it. I wish you all the best in finding a solution to get it back. If you're unhappy, consider moving to another platform—I already did.
