Incorrect calssification of Medical Device as for professinal use and prescription only
We have been selling a glucose / uric acid meter for the last 5 years on Amazon platform with no compliance issue and suddenly amazon system flagged our product as for professional use or need a prescription. We have appealed many times, and we are receiving the same automated message as (Identified as for professional use or need a prescription). We asked amazon for a human review, but we are still receiving the same automated message. This is causing our business a lot of financial problems.
