Brand Approval For Existing Listings! 100 listings will become inactive, URGUNT
Brand Approval issues
Hi
We received an product authenticity brand approval email from Amazon asking us to prove our items from a certain brand we have been selling for over 15 years are genuine. All our stock is bought only from the brand owner.
We have over 100 listings for this brand, 50 of them I created with approval from brand owner and Amazon. Around 60 of them are FBA.
I have seen 1 complaint in months. Can't even edit any of these listings now and Amazon said they will become inactive on 8th of March if they don't approve me. Nightmare
I have replied and opened several cases asking for escalation. I have sent LOA from brand owner and invoices from them as well.
First time this has happened in 15 years and is really getting me stressed. Hope somebody from Amazon can help.
