Overweight FBA shipment when NOT overweight

I have had 2 shipments flagged as overweight shipments, when both were under the 50 pound limit. Shipments are weighed when boxed, and when shipped at UPS. I disputed the first shipment and was told that I was wrong, and the shipment was overweight. I then called seller support and provided a copy of my UPS receipt with shipment weight to prove that my shipment was under the 50lb limit. My 2nd dispute was denied, and I was told my shipment was overweight. How is this possible with proof that my shipment was under the 50lb limit. My UPS receipt clearly shows the shipment weight of 48 lb.

Now 3 weeks later, I get another overweight shipment claim from the same warehouse ( RDU4 ) . Am i wasting my time in disputing these false claims of overweight shipments? There were no photos of their scales showing the weight they claimed ( 55 pounds ). Any real help from an Amazon support person would be appreciated. Jameson_Amazon can you help?

Thank you
