vat verification

Hello

About 5 months ago I received an email for VAT verification. Is anyone working on this issue? or in short, what needs to be done. It hasn't been a year yet and I haven't broken the £85,000 mark.

Are you talking about the one asking for proof of being a UK business? If so a lot of sellers got a result, but i don't know how many are stil lwaiting.

In your case though you aren't really a UK business for VAT purposes so the £85k doesn't apply.

Assuming you were doing FBA you likely need to register for VAT as a NET-P - have a look at the HMRC guidelines

Do you live in UK ? - if not, do you store your goods here in UK for FBA ?

If so, then the £85,000 (soon to be £90,000) does not apply to non-UK residents, even if your business is registered here, it is your country of residence that is relevant.
