On Seller Central no. In fact you are still supposed to respond to messages within 48 hours, even if you have your store holiday settings on (because amazon didn't think to program that issue out)
However, if your emails are forwarding into an email client (ie Outlook) you can setup an Out of Office Rule for emails coming from specific addresses (ie amazon.co.uk). Can't 100% guarantee it works anymore, but it definitely used to on ours, inadvertently if any one member of the team setup an out of office.
