FBA Placement fees - New seller incitative (400 $)
Hi ! :)
I have a question about New seller initiative.

They offer up to 400 $ for Placement fee.
We sent our boxes to 3 FBA Center. We got 650 $ US of placement fees.
We created our listing on 25 june 2024, they received it on August 20, 2024, we respect the 90 days and all the conditions. We asked the Amazon support by live chat and they say we will receive the credit 45 days after they receive it. We are 48 days later, and still no return.
When i download the Shipments list, the excel is empty. Is it for next shipment ? I read it is for first shipment, i really hope it will be applied it is a lot of money 650 $ US.
Is someone here received it ?
Thank you :)

Did you go about things in the right way? Did you test sell your product using FBM before sending anything to FBA?
Smart sellers test sell their product using FBM for at least a month or so before selning anything to FBA. That way the seller knows the salability of the profit and how much profit they will receive on each sale. Then the seller can determine if there is enough profit in the product to pay all the FBA fees Amazon will assess, and still have your desired profit remaining for yourself.
If you determine there is enough profit for both you and Amazon, hold back a month worth of sales to keep selling while the inventory is being shipped and inventoried by Amazon. This way, your profit keeps coming in.
Remember, Amazon is not helping sellers, it is a company designed to take as much of a seller's profit, in many different ways, as they can get. Sellers should never take their eyes off of their profit to be made. Everything Amazon does is hyped up to keep sellers from watching their profit.
Hopefully, with your $400 credit and $650 Bill, you are only having $250 taken out of your profit before the selling starts.

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I could be of assistance here.
Do you have the case # that you have opened with Seller Support on this? I'd be happy to take a look there and read through the correspondence to see if I can see anything additional on my end.
Did you send your first FBA shipment to an Amazon fulfillment center within 90 days of listing your offer? That is one of the qualifications you can find on this page.
I'll hang tight here for your reply.
