My product video keeps getting rejected due to medical claims, so I took out the medical claims and re-uploaded, only for it to be rejected for the same reason again.
I have messaged community help, but they keep thinking its a review I am talking about! No matter how many times I tell them, its Amazon, they keep coming back with the same response, very frustrating!
