We are the manufacturer of the brand we are applying to sell. We have been selling these same products for near a decade with out issue. We are no longer able to add new asins for this brand however. the brand is not brand registered and we have met all of the requirements as far as i can tell. there is no reason being given other than "After conducting a thorough review and careful consideration, this decision has been made in accordance with our established policies and guidelines. Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed further with this case, we are not accepting applications for approval."

Maybe it's the kind of product and Amazon doesn't accept new listings. Since you do have established listings, try to slightly modify the one or the other to replace somehow an "old" by a "new" one. But attention, the title doesn't support a radical change, try word by word. Nevertheless you risk that the system will take down a modified listing, so try slowly and wait at least one month to see an eventual deactivation.

We are in the same situation
can't add anything because we need brand approval
getting denied brand registry because there are 5 other brands with the same name
all the brands listed sell completely different items.
amazon is making it impossible for companies to grow because we might share a name with another company somewhere in the world

So after some digging we have been told that the Brand we are selling is in brand registry and as a result no listings can be created with out the brand owner approval. However the brand is inactive and no owner. The patent we filed in the beginning is dead and there is no way for us to Patent the Exact same name as is required because it is to similar to already existing brands. So in short we can not list the products we have been selling for over a decade because they are under a registered brand and we can not get approval from the brand owner because there isn't one and we can not file for brand registry because the name is impossible to trademark.

If Outlawusa is your registered brand name. it is so close to Outlaw Usa Amazon just may not want to take a chance, so it is rejected with no reason.
