We are running into issues with Amazon SSA (Standard Shipping Automation) shipping template that we use. Customers on the west coast it is telling them it takes 8 days to get them when in reality it only takes 3-5. Ex. Delivery time is 8 days to Texas and California when it only takes us 3-5 days to deliver with UPS Ground. Anyone having this issue?
