Why my product fall in large standard size?
this is a snapshot of my fba calculator. i dont understand why my product falls if large standard size tier? it weight is less than 4oz. price is way lower than 10$. dimensions are also fine. i have opened case with support and they have told that every thing is according to weight and dimensions of product. before 29th august i was getting charged correctly. fba fee was 2.47$ before 29aug. dont know what has happened now. please help. following is the case ID:13682763601

Since the shortest size of your product exceeds 0.75 inches, it does not meet Small Standard Size tier requirements.
