How do I delete my account after being suspended?
My account has been suspended since March 2024 due to 'violation of section 3 policy'. I've tried reactivating the account but it was futile.
Now, I would like to delete the account because it keeps accumulating charges even while inactive but every time I go through the account deletion process it just says they've received my request and I'm still able to login again.

It is not possible to delete a deactivated account. We have daily this question and I am asking myself - to be honest - how previous sellers can get out of this. I just would put the bank account to zero in order to avoid new charges. BUT - I don't know if Amazon will use other means to get their money, if you live in USA!

You cannot delete a deactivated account. Have you tried addressing the violation?

- First, work on resolving the Section 3 policy violation that led to the suspension
- Once your account is reinstated, you can then proceed with the deletion request
To address your concern about accumulating charges, we recommend downgrading your account from Professional to Individual selling plan.
