Cannot remember full bank account number to add new bank details
Hi,
I've already sent in a ticket to seller support, just thought I'd ask in here as well.
I want to change my bank details to a new bank to receive payments
However I cannot remember the original account number in order to add the new account details.
I know people are going to say, how can you forget your original bank details?
Well for one, I hadn't used the bank account in years and in that period, the bank who I hold the account with migrated to a new system, changing everyone's account number and I forgot to make a note of my old account details.
It is with Tide if anyone else has had these issues before.
What process would I go through to get this resolved as I really want to use FBA as an additional income stream?

It's probably unlikely that Amazon will be helpful in this regard as it's a fairly important security measure to prevent fraud. Seller Support are pretty unhelpful with simple requests so this will be too much for them and the AI computer will simply say "NO!"
I would have thought that Tide are the best place to go. They will take you through whatever security measures they have to identify you and to dig up the old account details.
