Appeals are not usually accepted anymore, unless you can proof Amazon was wrong to suspend you. Post your suspension notice.

You need to post your deactivation notice so that we can see the reason for deactivation and the wording used. Just because you submit documents and an appeal does not automatically reactivate your account. Have you received any communication in reference to what you submitted?
