Lost Shopping Carts

Hello everyone, we want to ask for help about how to get shopping cart back, our store's most of Asins lost shopping cart, this made our sales really bad, is there any way we can recover shopping cart and Featured Offer eligible back??

There is no concrete thing you can do to get the shopping cart back. If you lose the shopping cart for numerous ASINs, its for a specific reason I have no way of knowing.

You would need to request assistance from a moderator so they can tell you why you lost the shopping cart.

Moderators work with case IDs so I would suggest you open a case with seller support to ask why you have lost your shopping cart and write down all of the ASINS you lost the shopping cart for.

Seller support will respond with information that will not help you at all. But you will have a Case ID to give to a moderator who will explain to you what you can do.
