Has anyone faced a similar issue? My Amazon account has been suspended due to a verification issue.
I have all the required documents and I am operating under the banner of a registered company. Amazon requested a bank-certified letter addressed to a person, but my bank informed me that since the account is under a limited company, they can only issue a letter addressed to the business
I submitted that letter to Amazon, but my account still got suspended.Is there any way to connect with the Amazon escalation team via a call to explain my issue directly?
